Max Richter is an accomplished classically trained German composer pianist and recording artist.

As well as recording a number of critically acclaimed solo albums and collaboration with a variety of musicians including Vashti Bunyan, Future Sounds of London and Roni Size, Richter has composed music for, and had his music featured in a number of feature films, including the Academy Award nominated 'Waltz With Bashir' and Martin Scorcese’s ‘Shutter Island’.

Richter has also written pieces for The Royal Ballet, as well as for television and commercial advertisements
